So I appear to have lost my last two posts and several comments. Dammit! Not sure what happened. Sorry folks. Basically I was musing about how it will be nice to enjoy Sunday brunch from time to time, and watch football. For the past eight years or so I’ve been on a Sunday-Thursday shift; very few people in the media business work Monday-Friday. So for my first three weeks of the new job I’ll be working Tuesday-Saturday. I’ll have to figure what everyone else does on their Sundays!

I’m not sure when that was, but I’m working for A&E and we are doing a show where people do exactly that, and the winner wins $1000 and maidservice for the year. You compete against another household in the neighborhood.

It wasn’t a 24-hour clean-off, I just spent an afternoon cleaning my place so I could make a girl dinner! Maid service for a year would be sweet though; thanks for whoever recommended me for this. Normally I’d probably do it — why not? However I sorta feel that since I’m starting a new job I should try to keep a low profile for awhile?
I should confess– I posted the item on MB suggesting that these people contact you. Really, Rose, we’ve all seen your apartment and any effort to get it cleaned is worth pursuing!
I think a thorough clean of your apartment would be great. And i am sorry to say that the untidyness gene has passed on to Isaac. His car and yours are remarkably similar….Evan, however, escaped.

I just signed up for Cable and got it installed yesterday. So I have TV for the first time in over a year. So I too haven’t done the Sunday football thing in a while. Anyway, the HD channels look great on the digital projector. Tonight I’ll probably catch the Giants – Bears game and you are welcome to come over.
