Damn it is expensive to get a cat neutered. Including a routine exam, vaccinations and a feline AIDS test (?) this visit to the vet will cost over $700 for the two kitties. Yowza.
Oh, and weirdly, the vet I took ’em to — the Westside Animal Hospital — had a single newspaper article on the wall. It was a bylined story I had written a few years ago for the Daily News on an animal abuse case.
