Latest photo, with some snow still on the ground from last week. If you look at the area in the upper left-hand corner, that is East Bathtub. Last week the Port Authority turned over that area, the planned site two office towers, to developer Silverstein Properties 48 days late, incurring $14.4 million in late fees. (It was supposed to be done by Dec. 31 … as a result the Port Authority ran 16-hour shifts for awhile as the $300,000-a-day fine mounted, keeping us neighbors up at night with a lot of late-night hammering).
