Was it stupid of me to think S. and I could still be friends? She told me last night she didn’t see how that could work, and wanted to box up my stuff. Sigh. Bleah. She’s been like my best friend, as well as my girlfriend. I’ll be missing a big part of my life.
I guess a lot of the feelings you go through in a breakup are just silly. I’ll never find anyone who loves me despite all my (numerous) faults like S. did. I’ll never find anyone who treats me as well as S. did.
Although, come to think of it, that last one might be true.
