Okay, so I did it. Bit the bullet. Pulled the lever. Swallowed the golfish. … Purchased some Minoxidil! I have been resisting this course of action for several years now, not wanting to take a step I associated with male vanity. But … as the thin spot on the back of my head continued to grow – and I opted for shorter and shorter haircuts to conceal this fact … I opted to try a Minoxidil regieme, after some encouragement from my friend Jon Cole. Bought two bottles of generic 5% Minoxidil (the active ingredient in Rogaine) from CVS for $26.99. Supposedly, I could see results in two months — and if nothing has happened in four months, nothing’s going to happen. I’ll have to ask Jon and Nicole to take some kinda benchmark this weekend so I can compare notes come October.
