Hard to do a story like the anniversary of Auschwitz justice, but here’s my attempt:

DAILY NEWS STAFF WRITERJulian Mysels remembers the first time he was herded into the showers at Auschwitz, not knowing whether he’d be doused with poison gas.
But he was in the right group. Water came out of the nozzles, not Zyklon B.
“Today, I call myself the miracle man because I didn’t do anything to outwit the Nazis,” said Mysels, who lives on the upper West Side. “There was no formula to survival.”
