So this odd character named “Mr. Testicles” was among those running the marathon. We actually ran a picture on page 7, calling him just a “strange character.” I have to assume the editors didn’t realize just quite how strange…
UPDATE: Checking his bib number, I learn the giant scrotum is Patrick Cox, 32, of Great Britain. He finished in 6:14:41 and I guess is associated with this charity. Talking to people spectators, apparently everyone saw this guy.

patrick cox aka mr testicles is to start irish not english
he is however based in london where his charity tries to raise awareness for male cancer he is currently hitch hiking from one end of england to the other dressed yet again as mr testicles. be warned he will be back to run in the united states at a later date
