Oh my goodness … so I am meeting up later with Finy and a few of her friends to catch the Patriots/Colts game … and I came across this on her blog. (scroll down ’til you get to the post signed, “Dad.”) I just think it’s hilarious she has this blog where she talks about her boyfriend (of like 4-5 months i think) and he doesn’t know about it.
Hey Derek, great to see you last night. We need to start meeting up for some better games though. Between this and the last Sox game we saw I am beginning to think we’re bad luck.
And if you’ve got any suggestions on how to break it to The Twin that I’ve got a blog, I’m open to them! Though once he sees what my Dad wrote he may never want to meet my family 🙂
Actually, now that you’ve waited this long, I’m not sure if you should tell him now. Maybe wait until you feel a bit more secure in the relationship and he’s actually met the fam? He does seem like a great guy though, so congrats on that count.
